- Dashboard access
- API keys or login credentials
- Web-based activation links
There is no physical shipping, and no courier charges apply.
2. Delivery Timeframe
a) WhatsApp API Activation
- Standard activation takes 2–24 hours after successful payment & document verification.
- In some cases, activation may take up to 48 hours depending on Meta’s approval status.
b) Chatbot / Automation Setup
- Initial setup: 1–3 business days
- Full automation configuration (if purchased): 3–7 business days
c) Templates & Tools
- Pre-made templates or digital assets: Instant delivery
- Custom templates: 24–72 hours
3. Required Information for Delivery
To activate your WhatsApp API service, you must provide:
- Business Name
- Facebook Business Manager ID
- Business Verification Status
- WhatsApp Number for API
- Required Documents (if needed)
- Email or WhatsApp to share access details
Delay in providing the required information may affect the delivery time.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once your service is activated, we will notify you via:
- WhatsApp message
- Email confirmation
- Dashboard update (if applicable)
All activation proof, API details, and onboarding documents will be shared immediately.
5. Service Availability
Our services are typically delivered within our business hours:
Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (IST)
(We may still deliver outside these hours depending on workload.)
6. Non-Delivery & Delay
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
- Facebook Business Manager verification delays
- Meta API approval delays
- Network or server issues beyond our control
However, our team will support you until the issue is resolved.
